TungstenEX-^® Nozzles

Thermacut has introduced a new range of nozzles, called the TungstenEX-® nozzle, which are a direct-replacement and suitable part for the Hypertherm^® HPR^® plasma cutting system in 130A, 200A and 260A operations.

Patented technology extends your plasma cutting cycle.

Tungsten nozzles consist of two parts: a traditional copper base and a composite tungsten insert. Pure tungsten is extremely hard and durable; and it has the highest melting point of all the non-alloyed metals. These nozzles last longer than standard copper nozzles and produce a high-quality cut.

When TungstenEX-® Nozzles are matched with SilverEX-® Electrodes, consumable life is extended up to four times longer vs. standard copper nozzles and electrodes.
